At Dibor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home accessories and furniture. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Dibor packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery stamps.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
